PHASE I
- Requirements assessment via client questionnaire and telephone or face to face meeting with a member of Clever Company.
- Tour of different places around Geneva.
- Research regarding properties matching individual requirements.
- Provide details about properties.
- Organize and accompany on visits.
- Submit applications for properties of the client’s choice.
- Follow-up with letting agent regarding application status.
PHASE II
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions.
- Facilitate set-up of bank guarantee.
- Attend entrance inventory
- Assist with key handover
PHASE III
- Provide explanation and options for television, internet and phone options.
- Ensure necessary name transfers are given for electricity.
- Order, arrange and attend appointments for initial installation of television, internet and phone.
Handover of all important documents concerning the rental property 1-2 month’s after move-in date depending on property size. (Clever Company also provides a personal property management service for those interested in having us hold on to these important documents and assisting with issues that arise throughout the rental period).
OVERALL COST PER CORPORATE RELOCATION PACKAGE - CHF 6,900 upon securing a contract meeting the individual requirements.
